This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable service. My parcel (Tracking No: RP23248557) was properly sealed when sent, but the item inside was missing upon delivery. The company was careless and irresponsible in handling my parcel. I am very disappointed with the lack of accountability and refusal to take responsibility 😡😡😡
