Good service

They provide good customer service.

My business kinda flopped because we used Domex for deliveries.. Orders were always late, packages got damaged, and customers kept complaining. It got so frustrating that I started losing motivation to even work. Almost every order ended up getting returned, I lost a lot of money and eventually had to shut everything down. But yeah, the one thing they were always fast and accurate with was collecting their delivery fees

Bad service. I ordered an item from a shop, and they handed it over to the courier the next day. However, it has been more than 8 days and it still hasn’t arrived at my home. I even tried calling. Not recommended.

Customer care is poor. The courier was rude and scolded me when I was a bit late. Please find kind and friendly carriers, otherwise people will be disappointed with your service.

සේවාව හොදයි. නමුත් ලේසියකට අතශවශ්‍ය වෙලාවට Phone answer කරන්නෙ නැහැ. එහෙම උනාම සේවාව කොච්චර හොද උනත් වැඩක් නැහැ.

දවස් 4ක් ගිහින් Call කරල කරල බැරිම තැන ගිහිල්ලම අරන් ආව. Hotline තියෙන්නෙ රත් වෙලාද? Answer කරානම් වටිනව

Domex Used to be a Good service. lately the quality has dropped. packages are crumpled and not given the care even when we put up notices. hope they will improve with better phone answering etc.
