මේකෙ Kandy , Peradeniya Branches නම් හෙනම ජරාවක්. එකෙක්වත් call answer නෑ. Headoffice complain දැන්මත් උන්ට ගානක් නෑ.
මගෙ oders දෙකක්ම call answer කරල මේ වෙලාවට එනව කියල කියලත් හවස 4;30 විතර answer කරලා නෑ ඒ නිසා delay වෙනවා කියලා msg එනවා. කොහොමහරි දවස් 4, 5 කට පස්සෙ හම්බුනේ oder එක.

එදායින් පස්සෙ ආයෙ koombiyo එකෙන් deliver කරනවනම් බඩු ගත්‍තෙ නෑ.
කලින් කියලම වෙන එකක දාගන්නවා

හොඳයිකියන්නේ කොහොමද... අප්‍රේල් 27 වෙනිදා කොලඹින් ආව පාර්සල් එක තාම මට හම්බ උන් නෑ... kandy branch එකට ඇවිල්ලා තියෙනවා කියල කොලඹින් කියනවා... kandy වලින් කියනවා හොයාගන්න බෑ කියල. මහයියාවේ ඔෆිස් එක අපායක් වගේ , අප්‍රේල් 30 වෙනිදා පාර්සල් එක pickup කරගන්න ගියා... පිදුරු ගොඩේ ඉදිකට්ටක් හොයනවා වගේ. බැරිම තැන හොයාගන්න බැරිව ආවා. නුවර එක නම්බර් එකක් වත් ආන්ස කරන් නෑ උන් ටික. දැන් අද 7 වෙනිදා , තාම මගෙ පාර්සල් එක නෑ... කොලඹට කම්ප්ලේන් දෙකක් දැම්මා , උන්ට ගානකුත් නෑ....

Very poor service experience. The local branch does not answer calls at all, making it impossible to get any updates or resolve issues. Deliveries consistently take 2–3 days even for nearby locations, with no communication or accountability. Customer support is clearly lacking at the branch level. I would not recommend this courier service unless they seriously improve responsiveness and delivery efficiency.

😠 Feedback- Koombiyo Courier Service Experience
This has been the worst delivery service I have ever experienced.

I have had five separate orders returned because of the extensive delays in delivery. The lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable:

Unresponsive Branches: Some of your branches are not even answering calls, making it impossible to inquire about delayed shipments.

Unauthorized Rescheduling: Deliveries are being rescheduled without any attempt to contact the customer first. This is a major inconvenience and directly led to my returned orders.

I strongly advise against using this service as a primary courier.

However, it is important to note that some branches are very helpful and deliver fastly and efficiently. The inconsistency across your network is a serious issue that needs to be addressed.

I have had a good experience with Koombiyo Delivery. The employees in my branch are hospitable and sociable. I like the fact that I am always free to enter the branch and get my parcel anytime. My deliveries were all safe and punctual. I cannot say that I am either sure of the experience of other branches or other customers, but personally, it has been a smooth and reliable experience. I will still utilize their service.
