Farder express සේවාව ගැන මම ගොඩක් කලකිරිලා ඉන්නේ. තමන්ව අධිවේගී බෙදාහැරීමේ සේවාවක් ලෙස හඳුන්වනවා, නමුත් බෙදාහැරීමේ ක්‍රියාවලිය අතිශයින් මන්දගාමී. බෙදාහැරීමේ කරන්නෙත් නෑ. මගේ parcel කිහිපයක්ම අදාල තැනට යන්නේ නැතුව රට වටේම වලට ගිහින් ලොකු කාලෙකට පස්සේ කස්ටමර්ගේ අතට ගිහින් තිබ්බේ. Birthday Gift එකක් ලස්සනට Box එකක දාල Rap කරලා යැව්වා. කස්ටමරට ගිහින් තිබ්බේ එකත් පහුවෙලා ගොඩ දවසකට පස්සේ. ඒත් rapping කරපුව මොකුත් නැතුව පොඩි වෙච්ච පෙට්ටියක් විදිහට. වගකීමකින් වැඩක් කරන්න දන්නේ නෑ

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unprofessional conduct of your courier, Mr. Roshan.

Today, I missed a call from him and returned it within just four minutes. Despite my prompt response, Mr. Roshan spoke to me in an incredibly harsh and disrespectful manner. It is unrealistic to expect customers to be glued to their phones every second, as we all have our own work and responsibilities to attend to.

As a paying customer, I expect a basic level of courtesy and professionalism. This is not the first time I have experienced this kind of behavior from this person - your service, and it is unacceptable. While I am understanding of delivery delays during the current crisis, I will not tolerate being spoken to disrespectfully.

I request that you take immediate disciplinary action regarding this matter. Please ensure your staff are trained to communicate politely and professionally with customers. I look forward to your response and a resolution to this recurring issue.

I am very disappointed with the service at Fardar. They call themselves an express delivery service, but the delivery process is extremely slow and the delivery staff seem very unprofessional.

Whenever we try to contact customer care regarding COD parcels, they never answer the phone. The Wellampitiya branch has been especially frustrating to deal with. You can try calling them at 0777246114, but they rarely respond.

We pay for COD delivery, yet they expect customers to come and collect the parcels from their location, which defeats the whole purpose of paying for delivery.

If anyone reads this review, please avoid sending urgent or emergency parcels through this service. It has been a very disappointing experience, and they do not seem to care about their customers.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided. It has now been three days, and my package has still not been delivered. This delay is completely unacceptable.

What makes the situation worse is the poor customer service. The customer care team does not answer calls properly, provides no clear information, and shows a lack of respect toward clients. There is no proper communication, no accountability, and no effort to resolve the issue.

This level of service is highly unprofessional and frustrating. Customers deserve timely delivery, clear communication, and basic respect. Unfortunately, this experience has been the opposite of that.

Very verst domestic courier service in sri Lanka.
To send a parcel from pettah to Dehiwala takes about one week.
I do not recommend this service.
Evan phone is not answering.
People response even very irresponsible way.

This is the worst courier service I have ever dealt with in my life. The Wattala branch is completely irresponsible and unprofessional. They have failed to return my package for over five days, and they do not answer calls at all. There is absolutely no communication or accountability.
I want to clearly state that this has been the most terrible experience I have ever had with any courier service. The Wattala branch ignores customer calls and has still not sent my package back to me. This level of service is unacceptable, careless, and extremely frustrating.
