Extremely disappointed with NDB Bank\'s customer service. I submitted a Customer Information Update Form for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification over two weeks ago (Reference: NDB_CSRM-0001597226), and it still hasn\'t been resolved. Despite following up multiple times, I\'ve received little to no meaningful response, and the lack of urgency shown by the staff has been extremely frustrating.

As I currently live overseas, this delay has directly impacted my life — my fund transfers have been blocked as a result, leaving me unable to carry out day-to-day transactions or support my loved ones back home. For a process as important as KYC compliance, this kind of delay and indifference is simply unacceptable, especially when it affects a customer\'s ability to care for family.

Used NDB bank for sometime, just because my workplace wanted it. then switched to another bank. it wasn\'t the best experience I had with a bank.

NDB bank has been a mid tear experience, app experience for my business was not so good. overall relibale bank. but on weekends - transaction sms service will not work. mixed experience
