Had a very good experience from HNB. App is very practical and easy. Recently had an issue opening a current account for my company. We need bank accounts to work. not to ask if the SMS has been enabled, online capability given etc. I had to ask these and sign documents seperatly.

I was amazed to find out, that the HNB app was very easy to operate compared with other banks. straightforward and easy UI. the entire experience was smooth and had only a small learning curve.
