I\'ve been working with BOC for a few months as a business owner with a current account. I\'ve been getting a bit of \"princess treatment\" but the general public is not getting treated rightfully. There are a lot of uneducated parents and elderly people who needs some simple things done such as deposits and withdrawals but they are standing in long lines. As the face of Sri Lankan banking you guys should probably educate people with digital banking. I primarily use ATMs and CDMs but they are undermaintained, often broken, not air conditioned, very old machines that needs replacements.

Went to apply for a loan with all the necessary documents, and the Nuwara Eliya bank loan officer at the time refused to even look at it since she was covering over another person. Didn\'t even care, told me to come at a later time before as well, this time, just outright neglected her duty. Took all my savings to another bank, never visiting BOC Nuwaraeliya ever again.
