I have been doing all my banking with Seylan Bank Kollupitiya Branch since it\\\'s opening.
From that time up to today I have always found the staff to be very obliging and very customer orientated .
Under the dynamic leadership of it\\\'s managers from the inception the Kollupitiya Branch has now become an icon.
I have always found the staff willing to go out of the way to help and be extremely obliging.
Having dealt with many Banks in other countries overseas I fins the service here above all of them.

Kindly consider recruiting adequately qualified and knowledgeable staff. Working with employees who lack the necessary education and understanding makes it difficult to handle matters effectively, as they do not have sufficient awareness or expertise.
