I am very disappointed with the customer service and network experience.
In my experience, the company appears to focus more on revenue than customer satisfaction. I have faced coverage issues in multiple areas, and there have been occasions where my account balance was deducted without a clear explanation. Getting accurate information and effective support from customer care has been difficult.
Response times are often slow, and contacting support during urgent situations can be frustrating. Last week, there was a network outage for nearly an entire day due to tower maintenance, yet customers were not compensated with any extension or additional service period.
Before the acquisition of Hutch, its packages were attractive and offered good value, although coverage was limited in some locations. After the takeover, I feel that the service quality has declined and many of the same issues now exist.
I hope the company will invest more in network reliability, transparency, customer support training, and fair treatment of its customers.

2. One can NOT talk to an event customer care by bits is of no relevance to customers

Very bad and poor speed for social media app packages. Normal data is very speed but social media packages are very slow. Can’t even watch a video on Facebook. Very buffering. Under this, they restricted the speed up to 01Mbps.

I purchased the YouTube unlimited package, but it doesn’t work properly. Videos don’t even load right—you can’t watch YouTube without constant buffering, even at 360p. However, when using normal data without the unlimited package, videos play without buffering. This feels like false advertising for the YouTube package. I wouldn’t recommend buying it, especially since the prices keep increasing every day.

I\'m using a dialog mobile sim. I\'m using 1599 unlimited package but all things are limited even the speed. However end of the 2025, they managed to give some stable connection that should appreciated. But competitors give more things for that value. I\'m not happy customer but I want to appreciate latest stable connection status also.

I am a Post paid dialog Home broadbrand coustomer for five years. Most of their unlimited packages has 2mbps most of normal packages have high ping(200 to 300) and low upload speed, download speed is ok but no one cares because other service provides (like hutch) give away more faster and attractive unlimited packages for less pricess. To me this is a fucking cancer because they have good coverage but never good packages feels like fucking monopoly out there. They have no idea about their coustomers or they dont even care about us because they are no.1 and sooner or later we have to come to them.

I am deeply disappointed with the overall service provided by this Dialog company. The internet speed remains consistently below acceptable standards, which severely affects day-to-day usage and productivity, even during off-peak hours.
Furthermore, the data bundles offered are limited in volume and follow an outdated model that no longer aligns with current digital requirements. The extremely high cost per 1GB is disproportionate to the quality and quantity of the service delivered.
Considering the high charges and inadequate performance, the service does not provide reasonable value for money. Significant improvements in speed, data allocation, and pricing structure are necessary before this service can be recommended.

The internet speed is very slow and the coverage in my area is also poor. Even though they say my location has good signal, I don’t get proper network most of the time. මම දන්නේ නෑ ලංකාවේ අනිත් අයටත් මෙච්චර signal අවුල් ද කියලා..youtube වගෙ app load වෙන්න විනාඩි 2 3ක් ඉන්න ඔනේ.ඒත් load වෙන්නේ නෑ සමහර වෙලාවට..mobitel නම් සාමාන්‍යයෙන් signal තියෙනවා ..dialog එවුන්ගේ පොඩි හොදේකට කියලා හරි තියෙන්නේ උන්ගේ sotware experience එක ( අනිත් providers ලට සාපේක්ශව)..speed එක එහෙම පට්ට අවුල්

The Dialog app is way too slow and laggy to use. Also, be careful with the \"Unlimited\" packages—mine stopped working properly after just 18GB. The speed is now so slow I can\'t watch YouTube or scroll through FB. What is the point of an unlimited package if it caps so early?
