    Experienced very bad customer service

    Once i had to carry the helmet with me in to the shop, the security lady said that she can’t take care of the helmets. I also never ever received a proper service from the staff to select a dress or to find a size, colour. My cousin had to face a horrible situation at the play area, where the staffs started to argue with her for her baby who is 2 years old entered in to the play area without her knowledge.

  2. Very bad Customer service.
    Today I went to Borella Nolimit and the girl (Rislan)who was at the card payment cashier (around 8 P.M of 10/04/2022) and the boy who was next to that cashier both were very rude and one of the trousers I bought hasn’t a tag and until they fix that tag, She (Rislan) asked me to pay for other clothes and close the bill and then pay again for that trouser. Hence I have to pay the bank charges twice for the card, I asked her to wait until they fixed the tag. But she closed my bill saying ‘there’s a que’ in a very anger tone .But literally there’s no que at all. Only one lady was waiting and the tag fixed trouser was came just after she closed my bill. So I didn’t buy that trouser bcz of that girl’s rude behavior. I’ll never shop NOLIMIT again because I hate these kind of rude workers who don’t know how to treat their customers.

    Do not obey safety guidelines as they say in ads

    The bag counter person is not wearing gloves or a face shield in Panadura Nolimit. And there was no sanitisers or temperature meter to check customers.

    lazy customer service

    I went to Nolimit to buy sportswear. There was a huge cue in cashiers. the lady in front of me bought a toy package label that was broken.She asked customer service boy for a label but he said”we will send them down”.but they never send it. The cashier girl is running and calling for a label. And when you ask customer service for where is the product or other colours of the product they reply lazily. They talk like they have another important job than helping customers. I lost an hour buying sportswear in Nolimit Panadura because of lazy customer service

    I was a regular customer in Nolimit Kandy, when I was in Sri Lanka,I believe Nolimit Kandy has the best customer service ever the reason why last time I visited Nolimit This one person who s working there called Azeem he actually has a very good knowledge about the customer needs and being very polite actually having people like that working can make Nolimit outstanding and it always feel so welcoming!! I’m so pleased to see people like that who s being so dedicated to the job and at the same time gives out the best to the customers…!!!

    Great place with friendly people

    I want to say that the Kandy Nolimit has an outstanding staff it always feels like home and so welcoming
    Everyone who s working there gives out s a friendly atmosphere and so helpful at the same time, I’m a regular customer in Kandy Nolimit ❣️

    value for money with very good customer service

    very good staff, Most showrooms are big and has a lot of choice when it comes to clothing needs. they have clothing, kids wear, homeware , shoes, bags all in one place. that’s a great thing when ur shopping for you or family.
