I have open a Fix deposit in MBSL Kandy branch on 9th may 2022.Now its almost 3 weeks but still I didn’t get any conformation certificate or even a conformation letter on Fix deposit. I only having the copy of the money depositing receipt with me now.
I have make several inquiries form the branch , customer care and from the head office of MBSL on this matter. But still I got no any acceptable answer form them. i have clear question why they are not issuing the certificate for 3 weeks even after my complains.now they are not responding. So unprofessional company.

Do not start a insurance for your vehicle in this company.Poor management… Unprofessional staff… long delay on responses and poor decision making of management has taken MBSL Company to the bottom of the hell. I’ve been a customer of MBSL for over 3 years now. I will definitely find new company on my next renewal. I never recommend this company for any kind of service.
