Hutch Sri Lanka is owned by Hutchison Asia Telecom Group & started it’s operations in Sri Lanka in 2004. Hutch launched it’s 3G network in 2012 and since has covered all 25 districts with affordable & advanced 3G. Providing Mobile, Internet services hutch has a large user base across sri lanka.

Improved a lot but needs further improvements on Data and Voice..have some issues when recharging via online banking. the new selfcare app is interesting. call center pple needs get rid of their usual vocabulary and listen to customers.

Way better internet connection and speed with comparing other teleco providers

In old times the slowest isp was hutch.but in 2020 they give internet speed above dialog and below mobitel.i see it as the second speedest isp in sri lanka with affordable data packages rather than poor dialog packages.good value for money in all sides.

There are problems with customer service.

used hutch when it launched and then recently to try their internet packages. low coverage, but if they could improve the coverage still a worthy connection for the data packages.

There internet coverage is very low. Customer support do not understand what customers saying. Big headache dealing with call center guys n girls
