The worst courier service ever. Even customer service officers are not responsible. They said that my parcel is in their Neluwa hub and it’s 45 minutes drive far-away from my home. They always told me we will deliver parcel today for 3 days. Still I didn’t get My parcel. I can’t even find the contact numbers of their Neluwa hub.
