    The worst bank in Sri Lanka. Because it takes many hours to enter the bank remittance of their trade department (Head office) into the customs system. They wasted people’s time. I complained about this. He says he will see, that’s all. I wanted to tell you about this because this happens every day. ๐Ÿ˜กโœ‹

    for My experience is very good bank customer service is good . I With withdraw money from my NRFC account from Digana. Digana Branch Manager help me and with in one hour I collect the money, Staff are very kindly. Highly appreciated. and Thank you for All Digana Branch and Manager.

    Boc ratmalana branch was a highly effiencient bank previously but with the change of managers it has become a typical boc branch with customers being in a long que to withdraw and deposit money most of the time only one counter is working manager should look into this and put staff into cash counters when its busy.sitting inside the room is not a managers duty.hope boc management will look into this
    Ratmalana boc has two telephone lines one goes straight to fax machine other one gets cut after saying its recorded.please look into this

    Avissawella BOC branch

    On 2022.08.30 I deposited money to the BOC account, Avissawella branch and on 2022.10.16 when I went to withdraw money they said my account has been deactivated since I have not done any transactions for a long period. But it’s been only 2 months. They asked me to wait until they fixed it. After waiting for half an hour when I checked they said that it will take longer time as I have not withdrawn money for a long period and even though I have deposited money I have to withdraw money time to time in order to keep activate the account. Totally disappointed with this fact as the customers withdraw money only when they needed money not to keep activated the account.

    Melo rahak na. Tasthiyadu karanawa minissunwa. Jaraama bank ekak BOC. pothak uodate karagannath paya 1.38k mama idiya. Weda godak padu una. Me wage bank nam wadak naha. Online banking support nathi gobba bank ekak
