From my experience, I would not recommend Arpico insurance to anyone. I’ve never experienced such bad customer service. They have a lot of irresponsible officers. They even don’t know the policy exactly under the health coverage, and they tried to cut down on my claim. Fortunately, I was admitted to the hospital with my policy document, and I noted that they were lying to me. Then, after I explained the policy, they took almost 5 hours to fix it after I called their head office about twelve times. I was wondering about their customer service. and I had to wait the whole day at the hospital because of this useless insurance company. I wish to share call recordings with these company officers on social media to show how they are lying to me and trying to reduce my claim. And it will help others to protect from these cheating insurance beggers.
