Before airtel good but dialog buy airtel service and packages very bad

හොදට තිබුනු සිම් කනෙක්ෂන් එකක් ඩයලොග් එකෙන් ගත්තා විතරයි එන්න එන්නම් සිග්නල් නෑ.5 දෙන්න ගත්තා විතරයි දැන් 4g වත් හරියට නෑ.හවස 6 ඉදන් රෑ 12 වෙනකම් ඉන්ටර්නෙට් යන්න බෑ .මේව මහා ජරා කම්පැනි දැන් .පවිච්චි කරන්න එකක් නැති කමට පවිච්චි කරනවා.රවුටර් අරන් වහලවල් උඩ නගින්න ඕනේ සිග්නල් ගන්න

App එක මටනම් ඇත්තටම හොඳයි. 909 පැකේජ් එකත් වටිනවා ඒ ගානට.

Before Airtel was acquired by Dialog Axiata, it was one of the best service providers. Now it’s even worse than Dialog.

I live in the Gampaha District, near the Kerawalapitiya Industrial Zone. I have complained multiple times to customer care about connection issues, but they keep saying the towers will be upgraded within six months. I waited two years, and the towers in my area are still not upgraded—this is really frustrating.

I also tried to complain to the Telecommunications Regulatory Commission of Sri Lanka, but they gave similar responses, and I have to explain my case every time.

My average internet speed is only around 1–2 Mbps, and sometimes it drops below 1 Mbps. This company has been ruined by the greed of Dialog Axiata.

මෙය මට අවුරුදු 10ක් තිස්සේ භාවිතා කරන්න ලැබුණු හොඳම සේවාවක්. අදටත් ඉතා හොඳ speed එකක් තියෙනවා, කිසිම ලොකු ගැටළුවක් නැතුව stable විදිහට වැඩ කරනවා. Value for money නම් ඉතාමත් හොඳයි. දිගුකාලීනව භාවිතා කරන්න පුළුවන් විශ්වාසනීය service එකක් කියලා නිර්දේශ කරනවා.

WTH My connection speed is 20 mbps + buttt it buffering in youtube(mobile hotspot)

ඩයලොග් එකෙන් ගන්න කලින් නම් සුපිරියටම තිබුනා. දැන්නම් speed එක හොඳටම අවුල්. දැන් තත්ත්වෙ ගැනනම් හරිම කනගාටුයි

100+ packages but not suitable for use. Also they have freedom packages. If a freedom package data is over before expire, then we cannot use another freedom pack until that first package expires. some packages can\'t use because speed limit.

පරන airtel launch කරපු පැකේජ් ටිකනම් සුපිරියක් ඒත් දැන් dialog ලා අරන් නිසා පරන පැකේජ් ගැන විශ්වාසයක් නෑ එහෙම උනොත් කොච්චර සිග්නල් කොලිටි උනත් හච් වලට මාරු වෙනවා airtel සිම් ටික ඔක්කොම අයින් කරලා

දැකපු හොදම සාදාරන ගානකට පැකෙජ් තියෙන speedlimit නැති packages තියෙන එකම connection එක ✨

Almost good coverage and acceptable internet speed and stable network. 769 monthly package is the best affordable value package in the market.the customer service response is also good specially chat via WhatsApp. the main disappointed thing is the unwanted spam calls from the airtel promo calls from the company.i deactivated this unwanted promo calls option but still they are troubling 😐

ඇත්තටම හොඳයි එත් අළුත් සිම් වලට 909 පැකෙජ් එක නැති එක කනගාටුයි..😢

Overall network speed and the coverage is not very good . Most of the the very slow mbps. Packages are worth the price tho very affordable.

සමහර unlimited package තියෙනවා unlimited වුණාට වැඩක් නෑ.. anytime data නැතිවුණොත් ඇප් use කරන්න බෑ..
උදා:-498/= ඒ ඇරුනාම අනිත් network වලට වැඩි හොඳයි. හොදට signal තියෙනවා. ගෙවන මිලට හොඳ package තියෙනවා..

Very good, great value for money ,There are many more phones that can be given a VOLTE

Dialog are very slow.But airtel very fast and my airtel app are simpale and easy to work.

After Merge With Dialog, Internet is Slow

Youtube package අන්තිම සතිය වෙන්කොට වැඩ කරන්නේ නෑ හරියට.

ඩේටා ඉවර උනගමන් තියෙන සේරම සල්ලී කපලා දානවා.

It was the best service provider untill dialog bought it. Now package prices getting higher and higher. Signal is normal
