I would say this to UPS management that I got a good service provided by Mr.Abuduallah from time of I contacted and until the material delivered to Chicago.
I would recommend your courier service to all the ones whom they wish to get a courier done to choose your service as first choice.

I would like to thank the UPS team for all the support extended to clear a few packages through the Sri Lanka customs. Their services were excellent and the packages were cleared within a very short time period.
I wish to specially thank Niroshan Perera and his team for their excellent service. There was a delay in clearing the packages from the customs, but with the help of Niroshan and his team the packages were cleared within two days. The team was quite friendly and did not miss to provide me with clear instructions and guidance.
