Entrance to the Sathosa Supermarket in Kandy town.
1) There is facilities to wash the hands.
2) Before you enter you have to write the mobile number and address in a book and there is lady security to check this, However all the customer has to use the same pen, There is no disinfection solution also. Just before I was about to enter there was a gentleman who was sneezing and covering his nose from his right hand, He use the pen to write his the detail and enter to supermarket. Next was my turn. . I requested the security lady to help me writing my detail and she refused and insisted that I should write before enter the supermarket.
3) If security lady can write all customer data in the log book there is no issue.
4) Sathosa need action to solve this issue for the sake of general public
5) I could not enter the supermarket.

I too agree on this. most places they have the pen and book once you pass the hand cleaning station. this is pure evidence that people have no idea what they are doing. plus the only things we can get are very low in quality. onions, potato etc.

The only time we tried Sathosa was when the corona lockdown time. Even then we could experience the difference a mile away. other super markets cater to customers and here it’s the same government worker attitude that you experience all over. Managers and workers all together, no one gives a damn on the customers. The Onions and other stuff was rotted in half. yet you listed this in super market section?

රත්මලාන ලොකු සතොස එක නම් හොදයි. ගන්න දේවල් සහ offers තියෙනව. අනෙක් ඒවට ගියාම ජරා ළුනු වල ඉදන් බොහොම පොඩි selection එකක් තියෙන්නෙ. private supermarket දියුණු වෙද්දි මේව අතැරල දාල වගේ.
