    Worst service

    I have been waiting for over a week to get my parcel but have not received it yet. They don’t pick up the calls when we call and in case they pick up they abruptly cut the call without responding properly. I have never experienced such poor service. Very disappointed and please don’t use pronto to get your parcels delivered. Worst delivery service in Sri Lanka. Disappointed to the core

    Worst currier service

    They dont tell a exact time .take longer to deliver . poor customer service .dont know how to respond .telling lies again and again ,

  3. Very very bad service. Your riders don’t know how to talk to the customer and very aggressive. I got a call from your yesterday that your rider will come within 15mins. But still not come to the collection. I called him asked about it. He blamed me. Very disappointed.

    About Poor Service

    I’m writing this review after getting about 20-30 deliveries by Pronto , with the rise of covid-19, we had to courier many items, so we used some courier services in Srilanka and , we had some issues with pronto
    Their customer service is very poor!!
    One Time There was a parcel to be delivered, the time the dilivery man called me I missed his call, but after 8 minutes I caled him back, and he said “There’s a parcel for You, but you did not answer my call, so now I cant come back ” and hell be returning to our area after another 1 week and he disconnected my call, and I couldnt contact him back, So as it was an urgent parcel, I called the customer care and agreed to pickup my parcel from there outlet at KURANA later that day, and the customer service asked me to come to their outlet, I went there and stayed for about 2 hours, and I was very frustrated and angry, so I said I want to talk to a manager, but they said theres no manager and some other person came, he was very agressive and he yelled at me, saying that I missed the call and now they cant do anything, so finaly I came back home empty handed and my package was deiverd after 9 days. *My package was delivered late and they wasted my time at their store and they were very aggressive to their customer.
    2) The second issue was: A delivery boy called asking for Directions and he was aggressive even from the beginning, I don’t know why, so he called around 2-3 times and he couldn’t find our location, and he was not familiar with the area, after him trying to find my house for 2-3, he didn’t call back, so when I call back he said “ඔයා කියන ගේ මට හොයාගන්න බැ ” and he disconnected the phone very aggressively, so as it was an urgent parcel I called him and we met at a landmark to get my parcel, Finally I have paid the delivery fee and I have wasted my gas too for meeting him at a landmark after I received the package, I knew that he was a trainee, and being a trainee, he was very rude for a customer.

    So in over all the main service of a courier is to deliver the goods to customers without any issue and PRONTO has failed to do it.
    Maybe it’s hard to find a location, maybe customer misses their call, but finally, their responsibility is to deliver it how hard it takes, cause that’s what we are paying them for.
    And their people have no right to be rude to their customers and yell at them.
    very very very poor service …
    This review was not written after 1-2 experiences, I’ve had as many bad experiences with pronto. and does not Recommend It

    මා සේවාව ලබාගත් ලංකාවේ තිබෙන ජරාම කුරියර් සර්විස් එකක් වේ.

    Superior service, some dilivery persons are blaming customers

    Most of the time they were superb in service.some drivers if you missed to pickup phone some drivers scold customers and blaim. There thinking we do not have any work.so we have to wait all the days till they come with our pacakage. till then we have to abandon our work.some drivers are very helpfull. some of them are not.very reasonable prices.

    1. I guess i don’t need to comment any more…… everything says above i just wanted to call pronto office….. no matter i call 50 times even to the head office no answer all went for a funeral house
