    The worst bank in sl. Bad customer service. We cant withdraw our own money even we have paid the loan installment without any delay.

    Worst banking system & bad customer care

    Worst bank i have ever seen & bad communication and bad customer care, i suggest everyone no to use this bank for daily basis transactions. Im really disappointed it took 2 hours to make online banking

    The NSB advertised the benefits for Sthree Holders that, Free Prarthana certificate of face value Rs.50,000 for a baby.
    My wife is having a Sthree account for a long time and we are eligible for the above-said gift, but when we approach the NSB Kalmunai branch for it, even they don’t know about it and searched the details for a long time, We feel they are not getting the details.
    At last, they checked My wife’s account and told us “You should maintain Rs.200,000 for 3 months before the baby is born” and they refused to give the gift. We assume that they don’t have any idea about it and after checking the account they found our balance was less than 200,000 and mentioned the above reason to avoid Us.
    I send the mail to head office also, no use.
    We got very disappointed. This bank is advertising the benefits on its website and on social media as well, but its staff doesn’t know about it and feels shame about the National Savings Bank.

    The worst bank in Sri Lanka. Poor customer care and do not know to respect the customer. Online banking app also very bad.always make trouble to customer . As well as increase loan interest rate without adhering to agreement .

    හොදයි.මම ගනුදෙනු කරලා තියෙන ඒවා එක්ක බලද්දි පට්ටම බෑන්ක් එකක් , මගෙ අදහසට අනුව. සමස්තයම ගැන නම් idea එකක් නෑ. ගනුදෙනු කරුවන් ගෙ needs and wants හොදින් අදුනගෙන ඒවාට සරිලන සේවාවක් එසැනින්. ❤️❤️❤️..
