Xiaomi Smartphone Review

I bought my first redmi note 10 5g in 2021 and it\'s still working without any problem. The battery health has become low over time, but it still has the best performance compared to 2026 mobile phones of other brands with much better specs on paper and a higher price. Still call of duty mobile is playable on it up to medium settings with 40-60 fps on performance mode. Then I switched to Xiaomi 15T pro this year. It has no problem at all. It defeated all other brands in that price range. Some of them even have a much higher price range compared to my phone. The ultra wide camera is not a good one but it still does a better job. But both of the other cameras are perfect. Also the OS is smooth and there are so many features packed on it. For my normal usage one 40 min charge is enough to manage my day, even on a 5G network all the time. Btw it depends on what you are doing. Xiaomi has the best value and performance for the price and it\\\'s also packed with lots of features. But still there is a recommendation for redmi users from me. Go to Redmi note series instead of buying redmi base or c series. Also you can buy a Xiaomi T series base models for the same or a small price difference.

මම Redmi 8 64gb එකක් මුලින්ම ගත්තේ. තාමත් ඒක හොදට වැඩ. බැටරි එකත් හොදයි තාම normal usage එකට.
Camera එක සුපිරි. Rs.23000 budget එකට තිබ්බ හොදම device එක .
දැන් use කරන්නෙ redmi note 14 එකක්. ඒකත් ඉතින් budget එක හැටියට තියෙන සුපිරිම device එකක්.

මම පාවිච්චි කරන්නේ Redmi Note 13 4G 6,128 device එකක්. Liberty එකෙන් ගත්තේ 45k ගියා, එච්චරමයි tempered එකක් වත් ගහලා නෑ. දැන් අවුරුදු එක හමාරක් වගේ පාවිච්චි කරනවා.

Performance:
මම ලොකුවට phone එක පාවිච්චි කරන කෙනෙක් නෙමෙයි.(Avg SOT - 4hr +) මම Basic Needs වලට තමයි phone එක පාවිච්චි කරන්නේ. Games එහෙමත් play කරන්නේ නෑ. Play කරන්නේ COC විතරයි (පොඩි කාලේ ඉඳන් play කරන නිසා 😁 ) . Redmi Phones බහුතරයක තියෙන ප්‍රශ්නේ තමයි system apps (phone, message, calculator) වල පවා app opening time එක වැඩි ( budget range එකේ තියෙන Samsung phone වලට සාපේක්ෂව). මම හිතන්නේ එහෙම වෙන්නේ OS එක phone එකේ hardware වලට හරියට optimize වෙලා නැති නිසා කියලා. මගේ phone එක outdoor වලදී brightness වැඩි කරලා use කරද්දී lag වෙන්න බලනවා. Performance බලාගෙන නම් ගන්න එපා budget devices .

Display:
සුපිරි.amoled, In display fingerprint, 120Hz.මේක බොහෝ වෙලාවට 120 වැඩ කරන්නේ නැහැ.එක ඒගොල්ලෝ marketing වලට පාවිච්චි කරනවා ඇත්තේ. හැබැයි display මම කැමති.Samsung Budget Phones වලට වඩා හොදයි.එක අවුලක් තියෙනවා මගේ phone එකේ මම note කරලා තියෙනවා gray colour backgrounds වල ඉරි ඉරි වගේ තියෙනවා . හැබැයි ඒක completley usable. මම reddit එකේ හොයලා බලපු විදියට Redmi budget amoled panel වල අවුලක් එක.

Camera;
Average . සාමාන්‍ය photos ගන්න පුළුවන් අවුලක් නෑ. Video නම් stabilization ප්‍රශ්න තියෙනවා. Frames වුණත් ගොඩක් drop වෙනවා. හදිස්සියකට අවුලක් නෑ.

Durability :
තුන් පාරක් විතර බිම වැටිලා තියෙනවා. අවුලක් නෑ. Plastic body එකක් තියෙන්නේ හැබැයි shape එකේ පාවිච්චි කරන්න පුළුවන්.

Battery:
ගන්නකොට හොදයි පස්සේ update කරද්දී එන්න එන්න battery එක ඉක්මනට drain වෙන්න බලනවා.හැබැයි අවුලක් නෑ.ගොඩක් Redmi Phones අරන් battery බහිනවා ,phone එක lag වෙනවා කියන බහුතරයක් phone එක අරන් තියෙන්නේ ගෙවාගෙන යන්න. එතකොට අපිට software එකේ limitations තියෙනවා. ඒ වගේ දේවල් එක්ක තමයි ඔය වගේ ප්‍රශ්න එන්නේ.

Overall:
හොඳ phone එකක් ඕනේ නම් ඒවටත් redmi options තියෙනවා. හැබැයි ඔයා display camera focus කරනවා නම් Redmi හොඳ budget phones තියෙනවා.OS එකේ lag එක අඩුවෙන් සහ හොඳ battery එකක් ඕනේ නම් budget Samsung phones හොදයි කියන එකයි මගේ අදහස.

මමත් ඊළඟට ගන්න ඉන්නේ Samsung හෝ honour device එකක්

Xiaomi කියන්නේ සුපිරි brand එකක්

Redmi කියන්නේ ඒයාලගේ budget range එක. Flagship ගැන නම් මම වැඩිය දන්නෙ නෑ.

මම Xiaomi Brand එකෙ Devices පාවිච්චි කරන්න පටන් අරන් දැන් අවුරුදු 7ක් වගේ වෙනවා.. මේ ගෙවුන කාලය අතරතුර Xiaomi Redmi Smart Phones Use කරලා තියෙනවා Specially Midrange & Upper Midrange එකෙ ලංකාවට Launch වුන සහ ලංකාවේ launch නොවුන Devices. ඒ වගේම Accessories.. නම් වශයෙන් කියන්න අමාරු තරම් ලිස්ට් එකක user experience තියෙනවා මම Mobile Phone shop එකකටත් join වෙලා හිටපු නිසා..කොහොම උනත් මම අදටත් මම Entry Level, Midrange , upper midrange & Flagship Devices හැම Brand එකකම ඒවා Appreciate කරනවා වගේම Specs Compare කරනවා.. මේ වෙනකොට මං ගාව තියෙන්නෙ Xiaomi Flagship Devices දෙකක් Xiaomi 15 Ultra / Xiaomi 17 Pro Max. Enyway අපි Smartphones use කරන්නෙ අපේ එදිනෙදා වැඩ පහසු කරගන්න, අපි අපේ requirements වලට සහ budget එකට ගැලපෙන දේ මිලදීගත්තා නම් අපි එතනදී successfull..Thank You..

I’ve been using Xiaomi/Redmi phones for years, and honestly, they offer some of the best value for money in the smartphone market.

Not only me, but almost all of my family members use Redmi/Xiaomi devices, including Redmi Note 12 4G, Redmi Note 14 Pro 4G, Redmi 13C, Redmi 14C, Redmi 15C, Redmi Note 8, and Redmi 9.

Some of these devices are now over 5 years old, and they are still performing surprisingly well for daily use. That’s something I really appreciate about Xiaomi phones — good durability, decent performance, and affordable pricing.

We have experience with both official company warranty devices (Gennext Warranty) and shop warranty/hand-carried devices, and overall the experience has been positive with both.

For the price you pay, Xiaomi gives excellent features, good battery life, solid cameras, and reliable performance. In my opinion, Xiaomi is one of the best brands when it comes to value for money smartphones.

Rs.54,999/= .. අරගෙන දවස් දෙක තුනක් use කරනකොට Instagram Reels & Stories , Telegram Messages, Whatsapp , Gallery Vieos සේරම Play වෙන්නෙ Lag වෙවී.. Instagram Stories බලන්නවත් බෑ .. පට්ට Lag. මම Purchase කරපු shop එකට මේක කිව්වම එයාල කිව්ව Companyයවමු කියල.. Brand New Phone එකක් අරගෙන සතියක්වත් use කරන්නෙ නැතුව Company යවන්න ඔන කිව්වම කොච්චර අපහාසුතාවයක් ද ඒක . Phone එකක් ගන්නෙ උන්ගෙ Company අස්සෙ යවන්න නෙවෙයි නේ 🤬🤬. Company යවල සතියකට වඩා ගියා Phone එක හම්බවෙන්න .. Company එකෙන් Call කරාම මම Phone එකෙ Problem එක පැහැදිලිව කිව්වත් Device System Lag කියල විතරක් Note කරගෙන OS (Technical Software ) එක අලුතින් දාල Phone එක දුන්න මට (සති එකහමාරක් වගේ ගියා) 😡.. ඒත් ඒ ප්‍රශ්නෙ හරි ගිහිල්ල නැහැ .. ඒ විදියටම Instagram FB Whatsapp සේරම Lag. ආයෙත් මම Phone Shop (Darshana Mobiles Galle ) එකට ගිහිල්ල මේක කිව්වම එයාල කිව්ව (Shop eke Manager ) මම මේක දැන් Inform කරන්නම් ආයෙ මේක Company යවන්න කිව්ව.. ආයෙ යැව්ව. අලුතින් Phone එකක් අරගෙන දෙපාරක් එකම ලෙඩේට Company යවන්න වුනාම තේරෙනවනේ කොච්චර අවුලක් ද කියල.. ආයෙ සතියකට වඩා ගියා Phone එක එන්න. ඒත් ඒ Lag Issue එක හරි ගිහින් නෑ.. මම ආයෙ Company එකට (DRM Electronics) එයාල කියනව මේකට අපිට කරන්න දෙයක් නෑ Lag වෙන්නෙ Third Party Apps කියල. මම කිව්ව එහෙම කියන්න බෑනෙ Third Party වුනත් Run වෙන්නෙ ඔයාලගෙ Device එකක් ඇතුලෙ නෙ ඒ නිසා මට මේකට solution එකක් දෙන්න කියල .. උන් කියනව අපිට කරන්න දෙයක් නෑ කියල.. මම නිකම් Insta , FB Whatsapp ගෙදරින් ගෙනාව වගේ උන්ගෙ කතාව .මගෙ කලින් Device එක(Realme C20Y1) එකේවත් මේ වගේ lag නෑ 😡 මහ අසික්කිත Company එකක් උන් 🤬.. මම අලුතින් Phone එකක් ගත්තෙ Lag නොවී වැඩ කරන්න.. ඒත් මේක Lag වෙනව නම් මට මේ ජරා Phone එකෙන් වැඩක් නෑනෙ. මම එහෙම කිව්වත් මෙයාල Solution එකක් දුන්නෙ නෑ .. අලුතින් Phone එකක් අරගෙන සති තුන හතරක් Company යවල Issue එකත් fix නොකර ආයෙ හම්බවුනාම මට එන කේන්තිය සාදාරනයි නෙ. මට මේ වෙනකම් මේ කාලකන්නි කිසි solution එකක් දුන්නෙ නෑ 🤬.. මම Student කෙනෙක් විදියට Phone එක Company යැව්ව දවස් වල මට ගොඩක් Classes Cut වුනා.. උන්ට ඒව තේරෙන්නෙ නෑ..😡 ගන්න එපා මේ ජරා Redmi Phone ..🤮🤮 මුන් මෙ ඇඩ් කර කර පෙන්නුවට මේව පට්ට සවුත්තු Phone .. ටිකදවසකින් Lag වෙනව ..
