The staff at their Galle branch were knowledgeable and patient, taking time to answer all my questions. Their prices are transparent with no hidden charges, which I really appreciated .

I recently purchased a laptop from SellX.lk and I\'m extremely satisfied with the overall experience. From browsing their website to receiving my product, everything was smooth and professional.

Very disappointed with Sell X Computers. I submitted my hard disk for warranty claim two months ago, and it is still not resolved. After waiting all this time, they are now saying they can only offer a cash refund, not a replacement.

The problem is, during this delay, the hard disk price has increased, so the refund amount is not enough to buy the same product again. This delay has caused unnecessary inconvenience and financial loss.

Poor warranty handling and lack of responsibility. I do not recommend this shop if you expect proper after-sales service.

මෙයාලගෙ සර්විස් එක 0 . කිසිම කෙනෙක් මෙයාලගෙන් ගන්න එපා. Warranty claim කරගන්න ගියාම warranty දෙන්නෑ. Special hardisk නම් ගන්නම එපා.

දැනට තියන සුපිරිම සර්විස් එකක් දෙන ආයතනයක්. ගාල්ල මාතර කොළඹ ඉන්න ඔනම කෙනෙකට ගිහින් බය නැතුව Laptop, Desktop අරගන්න හදාගන්න සුපිරිම Place එක.

ජරාවක්. warranty claim එකක් ගන්න ගිහින් මාස එකහමාරක් විතර අම්බලන්ගොඩ ඉදන් ගාල්ලට 8 පාරක් රස්තියාදු කරවලා, කරපු බලු වැඩේ ඇති. staff එකේ උන් කරපු වැරැද්ද මගේ පිටින් යවලා ලක්ෂ එකහාමරට කෙලින්න හැදුවේ. EPSI එකේ උන්ව පාවලා දීලා, පව් ඉතින්. චාටර්. ගාල්ලේ පැත්තේ කොල්ලෝ දන්නවා කෙරුවාව.
