මගුල තමා හැම packege එකක්ටම speed limit fup . අඩුම ගානෙ fup අයින් කරහන්කෝ ඒක වත් ඇති. එක packege එකක් තියේද හරි හමන් unlimited ?

I truly admire the value-for-money packages you offer. However, the connection speed at night is extremely low, and at times, I can’t even load WhatsApp properly. Although Ookla shows reasonably good speeds, it does not accurately reflect real-world usage when accessing websites and apps. I have been using Hutch since 2018, and it has helped me save money compared to other ISPs, but the service quality still needs to be levelled up.

On several occasions, whenever I reload my balance through the Hutch app, I notice that an amount is suddenly deducted without any clear explanation or prior notification. This issue has occurred multiple times, causing inconvenience and confusion.

Most recently, a package was activated on my number without my consent. I did not request, approve, or confirm the activation of this package, yet the corresponding amount was deducted from my balance. This is unacceptable and reflects poor transparency and customer service.
Wrote to customer care, but didn\'t get a response.
I activated a data package, but very poor coverage.
Mostly, poor customer care and very rarely answers a call.

Has a abnormally Limited Coverage but I am lucky to be live in one of there coverage areas. I highly recomend Hutch to any one if you have good signal. because there unlimited packages are that good but social media packages are a feels like scam because they have hidden quotas when exceede the quota it makes your speed limited. Sometime Hutch strugles with speed but its low price so I dont mind much because it get my thing done. But I would like to see some new and improve packages Like their home broadbrand connection that only limited to Colombo area should go island wide.

This provider has delivered the most disgraceful telecommunication experience I have ever encountered. There is no proper signal coverage, not even in urban areas where strong connectivity should be guaranteed. It is obvious that the company has never bothered to upgrade or maintain their towers, leaving customers with a network that barely functions.

Their so-called “4G service” is a joke. During peak hours, the connection doesn’t just slow down — it completely collapses, dropping to 0 Kbps and becoming totally unusable. Even during non-peak hours, the speed rarely goes above 12 Mbps, which is unacceptable in 2025. This is not a service — it is a constant struggle.

On top of this, the company hides behind a ridiculous and aggressive FUP (Fair Usage Policy) that throttles speeds almost immediately. The bandwidth is clearly intentionally slowed down and capped, making customers feel punished for simply using what they paid for.

The data packages are limited, overpriced, and based on ancient bundling methods that no longer match modern usage requirements. Instead of improving, the company seems determined to squeeze maximum money out of customers while providing the minimum possible service.

In short, this provider offers an outdated, unreliable, overpriced, and intentionally restricted service. With zero tower upgrades, zero coverage, zero performance, and zero value for money, this is by far the worst telecommunication provider I have ever dealt with. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this network completely

in my home, there is pretty decent signals but some places/areas it doesn\'t. this company has the worst customer service i ever had tbh. i had to call 10 or more times to cancel my junior internet safe its turned on by there system error. it didn\'t show on the app but they kept telling me check the app and cancel it. packages are good for that price that is why i still using it. and yeah app is smooth too

Packages are pretty fair compared to other networks, and got some sweet deals too. The coverage is super limited, but if you do get a signal, the speed is pretty decent. The apps work fine, tbh. Customer service is a joke; one time I called them because they canceled my unlimited package halfway through, and they told me I was using too much data. So I was like, \"No kidding, that\'s why I bought an unlimited pack!\" Then I asked what the limit was, and they said there wasn\'t one. Yh Ik fup n shi, but even they didn\'t know the fup limit. So, a mid network with terrible customer service n pretty good packages.
