I have been an Abans customer for more than 20 years, purchasing refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, cookers, cooker hoods, irons, and many other appliances. Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed my opinion.
I reported my refrigerator as not cooling on 12 June 2026. After repeated follow-ups, a technician visited only on 25 June, charged Rs. 2,000, diagnosed a faulty circuit board, and said a quotation would be sent.
Nearly 20 days later, I have still received no quotation, no update, and no communication from Abans.
A refrigerator is an essential household appliance. Leaving customers without one for weeks while providing no information is unacceptable. Good products alone are not enough—after-sales service is equally important.
Based on this experience, I can no longer recommend Abans to friends or family. I sincerely hope the management reviews its customer service standards before more loyal customers lose confidence in the brand.
