On Sunday ,16th January around 6.15 p.m. I bought a portion of Pasta (Rs.460/-) from the Food corner. We found an egg shell and I called up the outlet and they requested me to come the next day and they will offer me another portion. I took the eggshell and showed. The Chef commented that he did not put the egg shell. However we chose a mixed rice for Rs. 250/- and bought a few more items paid with the Debit card. The girl in charge was a very polite person. But the food tasted horrible.. too much of chillies …too spicy and overcooked .. We are hoteliers and we know that this Chef is not a professional cook. Please remove him as he doesn’t know his job .. To make it brief .. the food corner is not up to standard.
Today Morning i visited Ja ela( Main
Road) keels ououtlet with my 4year son. I get few vegetables in to bag . But i have to wait 10Min to find sales assistant to weight bags.
Im kept bag on trolley and come out.
I see Few customer susupport members chatting with each other they dont support to customer they doing thire own jobs..
Im waist my 15min time ..
Poor customer service and misguiding information from nugegoda stanley thilakaratne mawatha keells outlet, acting manager Ayesha who was not informative and made it such an unpleasant experience. The service standards between badagana keells and stanley thilakaratne mawatha keells is a mile diference. Action should be taken on unprofessional staff.
I have ordered from Keells several times. Eventhough, they have stated as meet at door/ gate service. They do not deliver to the home. They wait in the main road top and asking us to come and collect.
I have placed an online order on 05.09.2021 and received all the goods except one on the nextday . order no. ITO01034788
However,
1. one item was not delivered and mentioned it in the unavailable list
2. A refund of LKR 380.00 was mentioned in the receipt due to the unavailability but it has not happened yet.
Please make sure that I get the refund as 12 days have passed since the order was delivered.
We placed an online order on 03.09.2021 and recieved some goods on the same day which was commendable. order no. ITO01005952
However,
1. two items were not delivered and not mentioned in the unavailable list
2. A refund of LKR 2006.00 was mentioned in the receipt due to the unavailability of some goods but it has not happened yet.
the Customer care numbers are never reachable other than a recorded message,
Please make sure that we get the refund as 14 days have passed since the order was delivered and this kind of delay is a harassment to the customers
Today morning I placed an order for vegetables and other food stuff worth of Rs 5579. My order number was ITO1031013. I got a notification to the effect that the order was ready . That was quick. I am living in Rajagiriya very close to the keells super outlet. I was waiting to receive the order. But neither I received the order or got a phone call to verify the address. Some time later somebody rang the bell at the roller shutter. A lady carrying 2 somewhat heavy bags was at the gate. She was the domestic helper of the adjoining house. I found that the Keells delivery person has delivered the goods to the adjoining house! It is very wrong of Keells to deliver orders without verifying the address and the name. Especially during a pandemic period like this. It is the very reason we order stuff online from dealers who pledge to assure customer safety. It is wrong for the person at the adjoining house to accept it as well. But at least they were honest and kind enough to hand it over to us. Keells delivery agent must always verify the identity of the receiver. Keells was very quick in processing the order but the delivery system is not reliable.
Hope they will rectify this issue .
My daughter suddenly got sick and fainted, stopped at Battaramulla keells super market to buy a bottle of water.It was fully opened, no restrictions go inside.I was trying to take a bottle of water, they said I have to wait till all other Whatsapp order fiished and they said they sell only WhatsApp order not selling to direct customers. I told him my daughter is unconscious, please consider this pathetic situation and give a bottle humanitarian basis. I begged him, he said they don’t sympathise anyone, and they don’t have human quality. I was in a urgent to find a place to buy the water and managed buy from a shop.What shame keels? I respect the quarantine rule and professional ethics, no doubts about that. If it is happened to one of your daughter, what will be your reactions.Incase If the shop not help , my daughter’s life would have gone.,I am regular customer to the keels was a employer 30 years ago.Teach your staff humanity not earning the money. Customers pay the salary not the employer. If no customers, they have to stay home.I am really disappointed a reputed super market’s senior staff’s attitude towards a human being.It is a minor issue but it is a life issue. Hope that senior management will take necessary action such a thing will not happen.If not happen, will raise this with Mr. Krishan Balendra, Chairman, JKH.It is not a complain, this is a constructive feedback of a genuine customer.
I’ve ordered 2 times through online from wadduwa keells super outlet. Both times they spoiled the orders. I think their workers who they don’t have heads. Duty manager also no response his mobile
At aluthgamata keels it feels like we are begging for the service, I don’t know they are old or new, they behave with poor language manners and it seems no professional level of service( seems like a government office). So I believe they need proper training about customer care.

The A/C of this outlet never works, during the day the heat inside the outlet is unbearable.
When I inquire about it from the manager, he told me that A/c technician comes and do the repair/maintenance , the next minute it breaks down, please have permanent solution for this.

I have been order online from Keells supper for longtime. It is really help for older people those who couldn’t go to stores specially in Covid time. Their price is good compare to other online stores. Most of the time quality of foods are good. One of the bad habit they keep on doing is not refunding for some missing items. It’s okay not deliver everything we can understand that but should refund or deliver missing items later. I submitted a complain about that but never receive any response as of today. Then my sister in Sri Lanka called them several times and finally they delivered the missing items. Keells need to have better after sales service. They should follow with the issues without waiting for customer to call them.
Online delivery from Mawaramandiya store failed to deliver. Customer service to our enquries about what happened have not got any response to emails or phone calls.
Today I visited Seeduwa Keells Super around 1.30 afternoon with my wife. Usually I go to Keells Super K Zone but this time for a change I wanted to go Seeduwa Outlet. If Keells Super could take my review seriously they could improve the outlet business and the service standard.
1. Most of Racks are empty without goods.
2. Most of the esstional items not available.
3. Staff not paying any attention to customers and helpful.
Example – I took two full chicken packets from the shelf and wanted to weigh it then the staff name Bagaya told me handover to meat counter. The meat counter staff I requested to cut it into four pieces he refused. I noticed the required equipments available but may be they don’t wanted help the customer. But at K Zone they cut the frozen products also at Food City they do it.
4. Staff not updated on any ongoing promotion. Example on 20th February for DFCC card holders get 10 percent discount on the total bill but non of them aware of it.
5. Staff involved in chats
in corners and not least bothered what customers wanted or try to push the products for sale.
Only the Bakery products trolley the boy little involved to push his trolley products.
5. Vegetables not fresh.
6. Prices bit expensive comparing to Food City
Example B Onion 1 kg RS 160, where as Food City 1 kg RS 120.
Good rates. Convenient. Ample parking.

මෙවන් පාරිභෝගික පැමිණිල්ලක් විසඳන ආකාරය මීටත් වඩා විස්තර කළ හැකි නමුත් මා ඔබ ආයතනයට අයත් පුද්ගලයකු නොවන නිසා area manager විසින් මෙවන් පාරිභෝගික ගැටලුවක් විසඳන ආකාරය morning briefing හරහා දැනුවත් කරනවා ඇතැයි බලාපොරොත්තු වෙමි.
