Kapruka.com provides all kinds of products from food, household items to car rentals, delivery, Gift items, online purchases and even has it’s own courier service called Grasshopper.
Highly dissapointed
I was under the impression that Kapruka was a trusted & ethical business and have used their services many times in the past mainly to send cakes to my family in Sri Lanka. However, having compared the prices of their cakes & other household items with other similar online businesses I have been disappointed with the huge difference in price & hence wouldn’t be using their service again.

I ordered a gift and put a wrong email address and when I gave all my information and asked them to change my email so that I will get confirmation when my gift delivered.. Customer service said it’s not possible to change the email . Even after paying extra $26 delivery!!!!

Kapruka, a shady business that plays different time to time. had an order for goods at lockdown period and the amount they were charging n scamming was out of this world. buggers.

I ordered a birthday cake on 20th to the package have to deliver on 25th morning. today is 26th still, they didn’t deliver it. poor service.very disappointed with the service. Don’t order birthday cakes from these thieves. I called the customer care hotline and they didn’t apologise.
Provide good reliable service. Prices of the goods are little bit too high. Customer service is good. Deliveries are fast and punctual.
