Very pathetic service when it comes to online purchasing exchange requests. No one take responsibility. just avoiding customers.

They have to recieve the items that have been sent wrong , have been purchased online in order to issue correct items or a refund. There is no guarantee that they will return money. You need to take their word for it. If they don’t have the items they have to be honest about it. But I think this is not the best place for online shopping anyways.
