My currier was posted on 2022/05/23 from Bandarawela to kaduwela. Since today we didn’t find a way to contact kaduwela branch. No one answered landline or hotline .
When I inquired kaduwela branch manger gave the phone to a girl who is next to him and her answer was receivers numbers one digit was missing. I asked wether they phoned the sender. They have phoned only once. Any person can miss a call if someone phones only one time.
Then my sender has to go to Bandarawela branch yesterday to inquire again as since 24th of may no one is answering the landline on domex web.
I have complained the kaduwela branch manager today 27th too. He seems to ignore my complain and didn’t apologize even.
First of all any business ( people recruited ) should have curtsy to apologize their customers for the mistake they had not contacting sender since 24 th of may.
Domex currier service will not be given credit by my family as it is 4 days since the parcel has been sent.
Domex currier is a utter failure in customer service without having curious people without any humbleness to apologize.

No one came or informed me. Rang again on 15 Wednesday same deal, no one came! Called again on 16 Thursday, assured me that the pick up will come before 5pm! Waited all day, no one came or informed me of further delays! Gave up on DOMEX, who are unprofessional,with no communication! Happy to take your money & exceptional at wasting valuable time, with no compensation! Unbelievable & will never use DOMEX again! Mr R. Aluwihare.

I am not at all happy with your service. I mailed a gift for a birthday but three days later it still reached the person in question. The relevant branches have been contacted for two days but there has been no response. 😠😠😠 never accept “domex”

Bad service ,Delivery will not be made to the designated address. Brought in halfway through and says he can’t come to the address. Domax does not answer phone calls. dont use this courier service. they are consumr your time and money
Hello there! The package hasn’t received yet. The address was for hokandara. The delivery guy said that it would be take 1-2 days for delivery it. It almost 8 days for today. When I checked the tracking number , it says it has been ddelivered to the kaduwela branch. But not yet received to the customer. HoHotline hasn’t responded. Even the whatsapp number , at least messages hasn’t delivered yet. I am so disappointed 😞 it was my first order. Why are doing shits like this?? Why anyone cant get the responsibility of customers. Finally I drop a text through the Insta account which is own by domex. No one has seen yet. Why why why??????

My package is at the office ready to be delivered. they say no vehicles. we use Courier services because they have the facilities. very bad experience with ratnapura domex and the entire service. I will have to wait 3 days until they get the vehicle arranged.
Took more than 4 days to deliver my package, When I checked the order details, I only found that it was in the dispatching transit for 3 days. omg. do not use this. And the customer care is not very caring about the customers. Please don’t thanks

Domex is the worst delivery service in Sri Lanka. Delivered the wrong parcel and took 5 days to return the original to me. When delivered, packing contained worms (yeah you read right). Do not know if it was the fault of Domex or the seller. No one at customer care or regional branches answers the phone. Never use DOMEX.

I sent my package (framed art) with this domex service and the package is totally damaged.. I safely packed it and they said that they will safely deliver it. But completely broked. They didn’t deliver the product on time. Instead they asked from me to come to the city to collect the product or deliver it next day. Then i had to to go to the city by my self (spending my money).

Very reliable service. I send most of my packages via Domex. If it’s outstation, the packages get there by the next day. but if it’s within colombo, it takes 2 days for some odd reason. I can recommend there service to anyone.

Very bad service Kahawatta branch. ඔයාලට මොනවා හරි ගෙන්වා ගන්නව නම් වෙන කුරිය එකක දාන්න නැත්නම් තැපැල් කරන්න. මම මෙහෙම කියන්නේ එක් වරක් නෙමෙයි කිහිප වතාවක්ම එන පාර්සල් දින කිහිපයක් තිබිල තමා කොල් එකක් වත් දෙනේ එත් ගෙනත් දෙන්නෙ නෑ. අකමැත්තෙන් වූනත් කියන්න ඕන Domex Kahawatta branch eka නම් පුදුම කාලකන්නි බරාන්ච් එකක්.
