Good and bad can be given 50%-50%. We have had to face many inconveniences. But there is also a good side. If you want to buy an item, it is best to look at the customer reviews related to that item. There is no use talking about the courier, it is very weak. After getting the goods to the daraz hub, they prepare the goods for delivery without taking any risk.
Useless product and cheap product s i wanted to buy a small tool set I got it very quickly but the screw drivers are horrible I want to remove something only two screws able to remove. I want buy any thing here after from this site.

Sellers are cheating on the customers. this is my second bad expression with the platform on this platform I ordered the headlamp every 10 minutes and have to charge and can’t continue for at least 20 minutes after charge. and also the camera standard is a very cheap quality one sent to me all so it damaged. Don’t order anything of this platform

This is a useless shopping site. Their customer service is also very poor. Most of the time they sell cheap products at a higher price. They only need to increase their sales turnover but they don’t think about their customer satisfaction. When compared to other online sites this is a trustworthy site.

Daraz Sri Lanka is scamming people, even the sellers. They charge a commission plus a unmentioned payment fee in their policy. They even deposited my money in a wrong account and trying to get away with it, as of now I’m following on it.
Couldn’t checkout whenever they give massive discounts.
අප Daraz වෙතින් ඇනවුම් කොට ගෙන්වාගත් National mixer grinder එක භාවිතයට සුදුසු තත්වයක නැත. ඉතා සැහැල්ලුය. කොයි මොහොතක හෝ පුපුරා යා හැක. අධික ශබ්දයකින් කැරකෙයි.කුඩා ජොග්ගුවේ රබර් පටියක් නැත. මෙය තවදුරටත් මට භාවිතයට අවශ්‍ය නොවේ.
වොරන්ටි සහතිකය අත්සන් කළ අයට ඇමතුමක් ගත්තා. එම අංකය වැරදි බව කියනවා. ඩාරාස් ආයතනයට කතා කිරීමේ හැකියාවක් නැත. එය ඔලුව අවුල් වෙන වැඩකි. කරුණාකර එවූ මෙම භාණ්ඩය නැවත Daraz වෙත ගෙන්වා ගැනීමට ක්‍රමයක් සකස් කර දෙන්න. මේ සඳහා රු.15000/- ගෙවා ඇත.

oRDER A TOY CAR KIT ALL PARTS DID NOT ARRIVE TRYING TO SPEAKK TO SOMEONE FOR PAST WEEK REGARDING SAME BUT CANNOT REACH ANYONE. THEY DID NOT EVEN SEND IN A BOX THEY WRAPED THEPARTSIN GLAD WRAP AND SENT
We ordered a blender for Rs15000 and received it two days ago. It was very cheaply made with thin metal and plastic. The rubber around the top lid was missing and gave wired noises when tried to blend something in it. It was like it was just about to explode. Never buy electric items from this horrible people. They deceive you big time with beautiful pictures, but the real product is nothing like what’s shown in their website.

ෆෝන් එකේ inbuilt අවුලක් තියන නිසා , “14 days easy return” තියන නිසා Daraz එකට කියුව. එත් එයාල කියනවා Product Page එකේ එහෙම තිබුනට ඒක Mobile Phone වලට Valid නෑ කියල.
Seller ව Contact කලාම Warranty Claim කරන්න කොළඹ ප්‍රදේශයේ ආයතනයක දුරකථන අංකයක් දුන්න. මම කොලබින් දුර බැහැර ඉන්නේ, මම ඉන්න ප්‍රදේශයට ආසන්න warranty claim කරන්න පුළුවන් තැනක් කියන්න කියපුවම seller ලග වෙන Phone Numbers නෑ කියනවා. කොහොමහරි කොළඹ ප්‍රදේශයේ දුරකථන අංකයට කතා කලාම ඒ අංකය Answer කරන්නේ නෑ. එක Seller ට කියුවම එයාගේ උත්තරේ එයාල ලග තියෙන්නේ ඒ අංකය විතරයි කියන එක. ඉතින් පොඩි ගානක ලාබෙට Daraz එකෙන් ගත්තේ අපරාදේ කියල හිතුන.
අදට ෆෝන් එක අරගෙන දින 20ක් වෙනවා , වාරික වශයෙන් ගෙවන්න හදල දෙන්න කියුවට තවම Bank එකට ඒ Documents ඇවිත් නෑ කියනවා. Credit Card එකේ බිලත් ඇවිත්. 28වෙනිදට කලින් Installment Plan Convert උනේ නැත්තනම් සදා සොත්ති.
Daraz Customer Care Agents ල එකක් එක්කෙනා දෙන්නේ එක එක උත්තර. දැනට Calls,Chat 20 කට වඩා Daraz එකට කරලා තියනවා. දැන් නම් මටම එපා වෙලා. Daraz එකෙන් බඩු ගන්න කලින් 100 පාරක් හිතන්න. හොයල ගන්න.

It’s a good service for online shopping. However you should be careful finding good and sellers.
Once to find your product read the reviews and check wether a warranty is given to the product.

Never trust Daraz sellers. I bought a mouse which is worth 7000. but the box was open and the product doesn’t work. it is used and it is not the original. never trust daraz sellers. They have a good customer service.

This isn’t the website that I would visit if I wanted to buy something that has a good build quality and a decent price tag. Eventhough daraz has one of the best customer services their Chinese knockoff products aren’t the best option because of the fact that they actually sell the knock off product for the price of the orginal one.
my cusin purchased 2 products , & both received in damage condition, when he complaint about it, they haven’t give a proper solution .
I have to say it’s a good service.
This site gave us products most medium quality and few are original quality(factory outs).
But sometimes it wasn’t, So if you want to buy something choose wisely😊😊
