It was sent to me for the 53rd anniversary of commercial bank. This message is currently inactive. The message is suspended after the scam is over. It means that if 150 people share the message from the commercial bank, they will be given a cash prize worth 100000/- and an iPhone. I also believed this and sent it to all my friends, relations and strangers. In 24 hours Rs. 100,000/- + i phone will also be sent to your email and they got the email address.
I also hoped and waited. After 24 hours I did not receive any email.
Cash + iPhone also not available.
Only then did it become known. That it is just a scam. As far as I know, this scam has been staged a lot among people. They don’t know what to do.
Not only that but some men working in commercial bank don’t respect people.
The working men and women behave poorly towards people who don’t know the matter. In general, the commercial bank located in Trincomalee, Srilanka is a very low quality bank than other banks. It is said among the people. I also feel the same since this fraud happened. So my rating is 1.3.

My experience with this bank was extremely disappointing. I had to wait for over 2 hours to get my passbook and ATM card, only to find out that they didn’t even provide me with a passbook. To make matters worse, the staff wrote my balance on the last page of my old passbook with a normal pen, which made it difficult to read and looked unprofessional. It’s unacceptable to keep customers waiting for so long and then not provide the services that they promised. I will be taking my business elsewhere where I can receive better service and attention to detail

Today I went to Hanwella Commercial bank to open an account for my daughter. A very friendly reception was prepared. I am a 22 year old commercial banker. They are friendly anyway. I can’t describe the service that one gentleman ( who was absolutely pleasant) provided to us. Not only for us but for every customer. No customer left unhappy. Your service is commendable . These flowers are also for you and commercial staff.🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺

Went to Commercial Bank Weligama to open digital Account at 02.50pm today… great Responsiveness & Assurance… how marvelous quality of the service is.. first & last impression was perfect at the counter…

Worest service at kollupitiya branch …that not take dameg notes and ask to go for BOC😬😬..today went for cash deposit around 1 million with 8 deposit slips but ask to deposit using machine 🤬🤬 then go for thunmulla branch it undertake all deposits 👍

Provide a good reliable service. Customer service is fantastic. You can do lot of things by using online platform or by just sending a email without visiting the bank. Actually I haven’t visit the bank in years. I have connected my Paypal accout since 2014 and have done lot payments and refunds without any problem. Online platform is working and you can do the basics without any problem, but it need to be improve when comparing to some other banks.

Online Money Transfer කරනකොට ගොඩක්ම හොද Commercial bank තමා. ගොඩක්ම online පිටරට ඉදන් ලංකාවට සල්ලි ගන්නකොට ඉක්මනින් සල්ලි අතට ගන්න පුලුවනෙත් commercial bank හරහා විතරයි. ලංකාවෙ තහනම් කරල තියෙන paypal එකේ card එක link කරල paypal ප්රශ්නයක් නැතුව පාවිච්චි කරන්න පුලුවන්නෙත් commercial හෝ සම්පත් bank එකේ විතරයි 🙂 ඒ අතින් commercial හොදයි 🙂

When ever I visit the bank to update the Books or for something there are queues. the manager doesn’t care, some sections are closed as the staff talks leisurely and every time more than 5 are standing. I think it’s a normal thing for Com bank staff.
Once I had an argument about a closed counter and the manager didn’t care at all.
