    Time taken to deliver is not acceptable

    The CERTIS has not made any attempt to deliver the items even after 3 weeks. They dont answer the phone calls at all and give fake promises. Better not to use this service.

    Worst currier service ever... DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE FOR ANYTHING

    Im waiting for a week to get my package.
    Do not answer calls..
    Have to try at least for 10 times to contact them..then also they picks up and disconnect.

    Worse Courier Service

    Worse courier service ever..
    Do not use this service..
    Highly unsatisfied..
    Their customer service is worse..
    Do not answer calls..
    Have to try at least for 10 times to contact them..
    Their delivery men are also same..
    Doesn’t answer the phones, always ‘busy’
    Worse part is if there is no one to receive the package at the moment they directly send back the package to sender even without calling the receiver or the sender..
    My two packages have been sent by them like this..
    After returning the package to the sender even without informing him there is no refund at all..
    Sender has to bear the Total loss..
    Worse extremely..
    They are not worth enough to give even a single star..
    I emphasize “This is the worse courier service ever”

    Very bad service and irresponsible workers. They dont have a plan. We wait for weeks. I have deal with my services and this is worst.

  5. Worst courier service in Sri Lanka.
    My parcel was dispatched on the 30th of Nov 2021 and still haven’t got it.. it’s been almost a week..
    I inquired from the head office and all what they do is asking for the tracking number and say it will be delivered on the particular day I call by evening 5pm which has never occurred so far..
    When I called the sabaragamuwa branch manager Danuka Sampath tel:0773863018 ,since the headoffice informed that my document has reached piliyandala Branch, he irresponsibly answered and promised me to deliver it by today morning..
    I have no idea what utter nonsense these bunch of idiots are fooling around..

    Worst ever courier service I have experienced. They repeat the same lie for the same person. I was promised that my documents will reached the next day in the same KANDY city area. It has taken 4 days and still it has not reached. Customer care service also they transfer the phone line to many persons but no answer as expected by the customer. This is my first and will be the last time with this unprofessional idiots. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!

    Very poor customer service. I don’t know about others but in my experience the normal government post is 100 times better than this. It tooks 5 working days to receive a parcel from Galle to Kandy. Also they are not answering the call except a mobile number which is mentioned in Kandy branch as hotline number that guy also answering the call once in the blue moon. I’ve tried more than 50 times to get contact but no response. I tracked my courier by barcode number it was came to their destination hub before 3 days they delivered. Surely this my first negative review in my life because that much of disappointment for me.

    Worst ever courier service I have experienced.responsible company representative are saying lies and they repeat the same lie for the same person.
    Unhappy of your customer care service also they transfer the phone line to many persons but no answer as expected by the customer.
