I bought several computer parts including two IPS monitors and a UPS. All are in good quality. Reasonable prices always. Customer service need to be improve. Other thana that this is a good shop to buy pc parts.

One of Best Computer shop in Colombo. Their after sales service is superb, I had bought so many pc items from this shop price is not very high. Reasonable price always. Some staff members not really friendly but some of them very friendly and fullfill our needs as soon as possible. So I’m recommended this shop for pc shopping deals.

Some of the employees here doesn’t seem to have any knowledge about pc parts and they always try to direct you to another person who actually knows stuff and eventually the one one who knows stuff will give parts that are way off your budget thinking that you don’t know absolutely anything. Over all the quality of the products and the value if the products are quite impressive and the customer service definitely has to improve a lot

Sales peoples are here very aragont. Do not like to talk to customers.sometimes do not talk and kept silent .they think customers are not kings.they were nodakin.they feel there job is pain.may be lot of years working in the shop.only there manager is very friendly in nature.good products. Good warrenty in most of products.some parts are not good.very cheap items are also there.so be carefull. If you buy item like that you will have to trow it away soon.some items do not have warrenty. Or some of items have 7 day warrenty period. Check before buying any item if you spend more.needs to bargin if you want to reduce price.
