Guys, please avoid this CRAP insurance company at any cost. I had a life policy-policy No-U/1111 /001129. I paid all the monthly premiums on time via standing orders. Their system failed to capture the payments and put my policy lapse without even informing me. I made a written complaint and requested for full refund complaint ID-ATL/17/2023. But no use. I don’t want to deal with such a crap and manipulative staff. I’m going to file a complaint at Consumer Affairs Authority, such a waste of my time and burden. It’s the price that you have to pay for dealing with CRAP. Don’t be another victim. If any one wants any additional details about this matter email me, I will forward the facts.
I was very disappointed with my recent experience with AMANA TAKAFUL insurance. Specifically, I was unhappy with thier service . This made me feel stressfull.The processing time for my recent claim was excessively long, causing undue stress and financial strain. The lack of urgency in handling claims has been a significant source of frustration, and I expected a more efficient process given the nature of the insurance industry.also , i asked for an advance and it took more than two weeks from the date of the request. customer service is bad , they don’t know who the customer is.I cannot recommend this insurance company
