I visited your store today and had an unpleasant experience in the ladies’ blouse section.
I requested a blouse in size M and politely asked the staff member (identified as Nalin, tall with a receding hairline) if he could bring both M and L sizes for fitting. However, he refused and instead insisted that I try an XL size and choose one size only, stating that he could not bring both M and L.
As a customer, I found this response unhelpful and disappointing. Trying different sizes is a normal part of purchasing clothing, and I expected better assistance from your staff.
I hope you will look into this matter and improve customer service in the future.
