I had a very disappointing experience with HNB Assurance. The service provided was far below my expectations, especially when I needed assistance following a vehicle accident. My concerns were not attended to promptly, and the lack of proper communication and support made an already stressful situation even more difficult.

I expected a much more professional and responsible approach from an insurance company. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I am not satisfied with the service I received.
