To Director, NHSL
I wish to complain about patient admission process at National Hospital Colombo. Admission is still done by handwriting in books using only 02 counters. Patients wait for hours.
Please implement:
1. Barcode / QR wristband system
2. Digital entry instead of handwriting
3. 4-6 counters in peak hours
4. Token display screen
This will give faster and more dignified service to patients.
