I raised a legitimate issue regarding a seller listing products above the marked Maximum Retail Price (MRP). Instead of investigating the seller’s pricing practices, Daraz’s customer support and complaint resolution team handled the situation with complete unprofessionalism.
When I requested a standard investigation, a supervisor was dismissive and argumentative. Shortly after, my account was arbitrarily frozen. When I contacted their hotline for clarification, support staff gave contradictory and false excuses regarding why my account was restricted.
Rather than protecting buyers and enforcing proper seller guidelines, their support team penalizes customers who raise valid concerns. Be very cautious when shopping on this platform—if you report a seller issue, your account risks being restricted instead of receiving proper assistance. Highly advise looking for alternative shopping options.
