Keells Super Review

I ordered a waffle sticks from the sweet treat area in the keells and i got a normal waffle made instead so now i have to buy it. Im not blaming the one who makes it but the one who gave the ordervwe gave to her. Pls check bfr you make it. Thank you.

Regarding Jaffna branch, While it has a good selection of items, the shopping experience is ruined by terrible service. Aside from a few polite cashiers, the staff is unprofessional and unwelcoming. Most concerning is the cafeteria, where hygiene is ignored as staff handle items with bare hands and treat customers with total disrespect, used to throw the food items after purchasing! Until the team is properly trained in basic hospitality the variety of products isn\'t worth the frustrating environment.

තිහාරිය Keels එකේ උදේනි කියලා ගොලු ළමයෙක් වැඩකරනවා. Customer කෙනෙක් මොනවහරි අහපුවහම සද්ද නැතුව කැඩුණු රොබෝ කෙනෙක් වගේ ඔහේ ඉන්නවා.එක්කෝ කන් ඇහෙන්නෙ නෑ නැත්නම් ගොලු කෙනෙක්.HR එක disable අයට රැකියා අවස්ථා දෙන එක වටිනවා.නමුත් එවැනි තැන්වලට බිහිරි අය නොදැමීමට කාරුණිකවන්න.බොහොම ස්තූතියි!

Generally prices of the \"Eat from keels\" things are too much and not worthy. But apart from them as a supermarket this is fantastic.

Keels online shopping -- WHY does the \' your session has expired happen\' all are not able to complete everything quickly.

I wish to formally lodge a complaint regarding an unpleasant experience I had at the Keells Rajagiriya outlet yesterday at approximately 8.25 PM, when I visited the store to purchase a chicken bucket.

Upon ordering, a staff member instructed me to make the payment at the front counter and return with the e-bill. I followed the instructions, completed the payment, and presented the e-bill as requested. However, I was then required to wait for over 50 minutes to collect the order.

Due to the excessive delay, I brought the matter to the attention of the branch manager, who informed me that the counter staff had failed to notify the kitchen about my order. Eventually, another staff member provided the chicken bucket.

Unfortunately, upon returning home, I discovered that the chicken was over-fried and not suitable for consumption. I had purchased this meal for my child, but it could not be eaten due to its poor quality. This was extremely disappointing.

I am very dissatisfied with both the service delay and the food quality, which do not meet the standards I expect from Keells. I kindly request that this matter be reviewed and appropriate action taken to prevent similar incidents in the future.
